Shea Homes Opens New Model Home in Palisades Neighborhood of Charlotte, NC

Shea Homes’ plans at Palisades are 2-story homes ranging from 2,800 to over 4,400 square feet. Exteriors are either four sides painted siding or brick. Several master-down plans are available, plus one in-law suite plan. All plans may be personalized with a variety of structural options, so homeowners can design the home they specifically need. All homeowners have the opportunity to personalize their home in Shea Homes’ 3,100 square foot design studio, where choices range from flooring to roof color and everything in between.
