Sheraton Georgetown Texas Hotel and Conference Center Groundbreaking Ceremony, Feb. 19
Georgetown, Texas (PRWEB) February 10, 2015 -- What: Georgetown, Texas – Novak Brothers along with Hines will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Starwood operated Sheraton hotel in Georgetown, Texas next Thursday February 19th at 2pm.
Who: Collaborating to bring this 224-room four-star Sheraton to Georgetown Texas is Novak Brothers, a company that specializes in the development of residential and mixed-use communities, Hines, an International real estate firm based out of Houston, Texas and Starwood Hotels and Resorts, a company that currently features more than 1,200 properties in 100 countries. The opening of the hotel is scheduled for June of 2016.
Guest Speakers: Speaking at the event will be Congressman John Carter, select Georgetown and Williamson County Officials, as well as representatives from Starwood Hotels, Hines and Novak Brothers.
