Sherwood Ford promotes Test Drive Fundraiser in support of Stollery Children's Hospital
SHERWOOD PARK, Alberta, June 6, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Sherwood Ford has always been a dealership as dedicated to community aid as it is to providing drivers with reliable, fun and efficient transportation for years to come. Throughout the month of June, Edmonton-area residents are encouraged to visit the dealership and test drive a new Ford model in support of Stollery Children's Hospital.
From June 1st through the 30th, Sherwood Ford will donate $10 for all residents who schedule a test drive of a new or used Ford vehicle at the dealership. All proceeds will benefit the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, which promotes research and prevention of diseases that impact children across Canada. Those who cannot make it to the dealership to test drive a vehicle are encouraged to donate to the foundation online.
Additionally, the dealership will be hosting a barbecue lunch on Saturday, June 23rd from 11 am to 2 pm in support of the hospital. All members of the public are encouraged to come and enjoy great food and camaraderie with all those in attendance.
The Stollery Children's Hospital, located in Edmonton, treats over 225,000 children annually from across Western Canada, as well as patients from the Yukon and Northwest Territories.
