Shiner Law Group Files Lawsuit Against American Heritage School of Boca Delray, Inc. on Behalf of Local Student Allegedly Injured on School Premises During School Hours

According to court documents (Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit of Florida, 502014CA008576), personal injury lawyers for Shiner Law Group claim that on or about February 4, 2014, Adam Mendelsohn (Mendelsohn), another student enrolled at American Heritage School at the time of the incident, allegedly “exhibited uncontrollable anger and rage against Cameron Douglas”, a minor child of plaintiff Okon.
The complaint further claims that Mendelsohn allegedly used intentional force against Douglas “with the intent to inflict bodily harm and extreme emotional duress”. Additionally, Shiner Law Group alleges in the complaint that Douglas has suffered permanent bodily injury and trauma due to American Heritage School’s alleged negligence to ensure their students’ safety during school hours while on school premises (Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit of Florida, 502014CA008576).
