ShirtSpace Launches Bi-Annual Scholarship Competition
(PRWEB) September 20, 2016 -- ShirtSpace, a respected online provider of apparel for imprint, invites students to tap into their creative side and earn a scholarship worth $2,500 dollars.
For the competition, ShirtSpace asks high school seniors and current college students to turn a blank T-shirt into a work of original graphic art that describes who they are. Applicants are then asked to take a photo of themselves or a friend in the T-shirt, and post it on their public Instagram account with the hashtag #ShirtSpaceDesign.
Applicants should also submit a 200–300-word essay explaining their design and tag @ShirtSpace to have their design considered.
Applicants will be judged on strength of GPA, quality of Instagram photograph, clarity of essay content, originality, and creativity. This bi-annual competition awards $2,500 to the first-place winner and $100 shirtpsace.com site credit to the first runner up.
All designs need to be uploaded to Instagram by December 15, 2016. Winners will be announced in January, 2017, and a new scholarship period will open in February, 2017.
