Now, even when a showing already has been confirmed, ShowMojo sends an additional reminder message two hours before the showtime. So prospects who confirmed their showtime the day before don't forget on the day of the showing.
Second, ShowMojo has added text messaging to its automated off-market notifications.
ShowMojo already saves owners and managers significant time by automatically canceling upcoming showings (and emailing prospects) when properties go off the market. Now, if a showing is less than 24 hours in the future, or if the prospect does not have an email address, ShowMojo also sends these notifications by text message, ensuring the message is received in time.
