About the Author
Sid Williams, a former associate professor at the University of Sydney, is a medical practitioner and psychiatrist. He has been providing and developing services and education supporting people with dementia, their families, carers, medical and other health and allied professionals for 40 years. In 2014, he received the Ian Simpson Award from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists for his outstanding service to the community, his patients and his colleagues. “Your Brain in Sickness and in Health” is Williams’ first book.
