Siddhi Yoga to Conclude Its 5th Intake of Yoga Teacher Training on July 6, 2014
Dharamshala, India (PRWEB) July 02, 2014 -- Running into its last phase, the 5th intake of Yoga Teacher Training by Siddhi Yoga will conclude on July 6, 2014. All the 28 aspirants, who joined the 5th intake of Yoga Teacher Training in Dharamshala in early June, are on their way to become successful yoga teachers. All the practitioners look promising, and soon each of them will be awarded with a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certificate.
Just like other intakes of Yoga Teacher Training, the 5th intake is providing comprehensive training to aspiring teachers and yoga practitioners of all levels. The training is following high standards of practice, which are required to learn advanced yoga forms such as Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Kundalini, Tantra and Hatha Yoga. Practitioners are also learning about the deeper meaning behind meditation practice; and exploring more about pranayama and rebalancing Ayurveda and Vedic Sciences.
The 5th intake of Yoga Teacher Training is taking students through the following lessons.
• Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga which includes intensive practice of physical postures
• The principles of Vinyasa Yoga; Bandhas, Drishti and Oujaii Pranayama
• Lessons on adjustments and teaching techniques
• Lessons on supervised teaching
• Introduction to Yoga Anatomy
• Introduction to Ayurveda and Vedic Science
• Meditation practice
• The Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and the philosophy behind chanting
The training is being led by world known yoga teachers Mahinder Prasad (Guru Mahi) and Madhur Rajpal (Veet Jayo), who have already inspired hundreds of aspirants from all over the world to come from their native countries to learn yoga in India. Siddhi Yoga’s other teachers: Guru Mukh, Manu and Suzana Altero Bispo are taking students through the practice of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Art of Teching Methodology. Acharya Yogesh and Amrita Sharma are Siddhi Yoga’s teachers for providing students extensive knowledge on Ayurveda, other Vedic sciences and Hatha yoga.
