Signature HealthCARE Honored as One of ‘Best Places to Work’ by Modern Healthcare
Louisville, KY (PRWEB) August 25, 2015 -- Signature HealthCARE is proud to announce it has been named one of Modern Healthcare’s ‘Best Places to Work in Healthcare’ for 2015.
Signature is a Louisville, Ky.-based provider of long-term care, rehabilitation, home health and other health care services. The company operates 126 locations in 10 states.
The Modern Healthcare awards program recognizes outstanding health-related companies and organizations across the care continuum, including hospitals, long-term care and home health providers, along with consulting and technology firms. Signature has been named to the list four times, most recently in 2013, and is the lone Kentucky-based company on this year’s list.
To make the list, participants must complete an employer survey, which considers company policies and benefits offered to employees. But honorees are largely selected based on surveys completed by employees throughout the company who are chosen on a random sample basis.
Modern Healthcare is widely considered one of the preeminent media outlets in the nation for news about the healthcare industry. Only 100 organizations make the Modern Healthcare list each year, and a ranked listing will be unveiled during an awards ceremony in October.
