Signature Home Health Receives High Marks for Quality Measures in Patient Survey
Medford, Oregon (PRWEB) October 02, 2013 -- Signature Home Health, a Rogue Valley provider of home care and home health services for persons in their home or home setting, is nationally recognized through the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Home Health Care Survey as the second highest ranking agency in the State of Oregon for quality measures.
The Home Health Care CAHPS Survey is designed to measure the experiences of people receiving home health care from Medicare-certified home health agencies and empowers Americans with quality of care information to help them make informed decisions about their health care.
