Each will play a significant role in helping Signature continue its commitment to quality care and patient outcomes as we grow and improve our services to our patients, clients, and team.”
Shatzel joins Signature after working for regional and national healthcare providers in key leadership and management roles. Shatzel is known for his ability to foster and mentor talent from within the organization while successfully growing the customer base. “I came to Signature because of Bob Thomas’s style of leadership and the great reputation Signature Services has throughout the region,” says Shtazel. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve our patients alongside the rest of this fantastic team.
Richey has built her healthcare career on a proven track record of enacting protocols for the companies she has represented to adhere to Medicare guidelines, follow physician orders and completes accurate documentation. Her past experience includes roles as the Director of Quality Assurance and Risk Management, Compliance Consulting, Case Management, and as a Quality Control Nurse. “Having the responsibility for the quality of care delivered to patients and relevant documentation is my passion,” says Richey. “Formulation, revision, implementation and evaluation of standard policies and procedures is one of my strengths.”
