Silent IT Nabs Talent from Tesla Motors and Avanade to Grow Data Solutions and Application Development Practices

Deirdre Bachman joins as a Manager in the Data Architecture practice and Lysander Snow joins as a Solution Architect in the Application Development practice. Bachman and Snow are the latest additions to Silent IT, whose rapid growth trajectory includes plans to double in size this year.
Throughout her 14-year career, Bachman has been on the leading edge of database technology development, most recently running database operations at Tesla Motors. Bachman's broad expertise includes managing cross-functional teams in every aspect of database architecture and management including infrastructure development, monitoring, stability, migration and performance. In her role at Silent IT, Bachman will oversee database development and support services while also providing strategic direction to help clients maximize performance and minimize costs over time.
As a software architect with more than 22 years of experience, Lysander Snow has led global teams in application development and deployment lifecycle engagements focusing on integration, cloud computing, e-commerce, mobile solutions, and rich internet applications. Snow joins Silent IT from Avanade, a joint venture formed by Accenture and Microsoft, where he played an instrumental role in project delivery for clients including Wells Fargo, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, AON, Oscar Mayer and Dow Chemical.
