Perris, California (PRWEB) November 24, 2014 -- A decade ago, SCI founders Brett Bashaw and Michael Rhodes, industry veterans in the development, management, and operations of modular building manufacturing and general construction started production in their offsite construction facility in Perris, California. Putting together a team with collective professional experience of 100-plus years in general and modular construction, the focus was to provide innovative building solutions for the education and commercial markets.
Since then, the company has completed over 1,000 education buildings, a large number of commercial and medical buildings, and is now finishing an affordable senior housing project in Redlands consisting of 13 apartment buildings and a community center totaling 105,317 square feet on 11 acres of land. Its team has grown to over 200 employees including an AIA architect, LEED accredited professionals, a full design team, estimators, quality control staff, and a project management team offering turnkey construction services.
