Simple, Economical Labeling System for Round Containers
Fort Worth, TX (PRWEB) June 08, 2015 -- ID Technology, powered by Pro Mach, announces the release of the LSI Model 1500i Labeling System for round containers. Rugged yet simple and economical, the system is capable of labeling up to 60 products per minute. The 1500i features an ID Technology ST1000 Labeling Head for 1”-5” wide labels at label lengths up to 10”. The system is offered with a 4.5” wide chain conveyor in 5.5’, 8’ and 10’ lengths to easily integrate into your existing production line.
The 1500i uses variable frequency AC drive controllers for conveyor, wrap belt and spacer wheel. Operator control station has start, stop, and emergency stop and on/off selector switch for optional spacer wheel. The system does not require factory air.
Overprinting options include the ID Technology Compact 32D Thermal Transfer Overprinter and the ID Technology iCON Laser Coder.
