The site is on a highly secure campus, away from main roads, behind five metre-high security fences, 24/7 on site security, technical support and monitoring centres to maintain Simple Servers 100% uptime record.

Security at the new floor is extensive, with CCTV coverage, all of which is monitored by security staff, digitally recorded and retained for up to 90 days.
