Simple Steps to Removing Self-Made Roadblocks
VALENCIA, CA (PRWEB) November 26, 2014 -- When Gerald Reiche tragically lost his 21-year-old son to a heroin overdose, his primary focus became finding meaning in life.
Already experienced in equestrian arts and martial arts, Reiche’s search led him to the Science of Mind and the Art of Allowing: spiritual practices that evolved into his current position a practitioner intern for Centers for Spiritual Living.
Based on Reiche’s self-realizations, religious studies and life experiences, his new self-help book “It’s All About Me” is a guide to discovering one’s unique gifts and qualities for a more confident, valued existence.
Reiche’s operating belief is that because every person is uniquely blended with his or her own history, abilities and needs, their path to happiness and success will be different and shouldn’t be compared with others.’ “It’s All About Me” helps individuals understand their own perceived successes and failures, their beliefs about themselves and helps in the realization that life is about the person living it, not what others tell them it should be.
Unlike other self-help books on the market, Reiche’s new book facilitates a personal journey to self-discovery, focusing on the individual reading it rather than describing a generic process. His new guide teaches readers how to discover their passions, realize their own unique abilities, and cultivate their own definition of happiness and success.
“Many people live a lifetime of feeling left out or that they have nothing to offer to the world, that they are not good enough, and don't deserve success,” Reiche said. “My goal, my purpose, is to help people identify the cause of these core beliefs of lack and to move life into a positive, purposeful position of joy.”
