Sirius Business and Quick Caller® to Launch Local Air Cargo Portals at SEA, SFO and LAX
Silicon Valley, California (PRWEB) October 31, 2013 -- Sirius Business Solutions, Inc. and The Fourth Seacoast Publishing Co., Inc., publisher of Quick Caller® Cargo Directories, have entered into agreement to jointly launch CgoXchange, a local air cargo portal in Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles. CgoXchange will commence with product and service displays from Quick Caller’s® searchable database. All local air cargo product and service providers, as well as supporting businesses, will be encouraged to participate.
Initial listings will be free of charge. All involved in the local air cargo communities will be invited to share their online presence via the portal, in the format of their choosing. CgoXchange will be available in desktop and mobile versions.
Quick Caller’s® Publisher, Tom Buysse, says, “This is another way in which we can serve our customers through the utilization of mobile technology. We have a long history of providing local cargo communities with current and accurate contact data because we have the professionals out in the field to do the research and stay in touch with each community we serve.” Quick Caller® began publishing reliable Directories in regional air cargo communities in 1972.
CgoXchange will be a valuable tool for shippers, forwarders, airlines and trucking companies as well as everyone else involved in the air cargo industry. Any web page and cloud application related to air cargo will be accessible from user dashboards, focused on his or her local air cargo community.
Craig Ruess of Sirius Business Solutions, Inc. states, “CgoXchange will evolve from directory services to offering secure application programming interfaces. Users will be connected to cloud based software and networks with multiple providers interacting, when appropriate. This is the beginning of air cargo’s metamorphosis from telephones and paper to electronic communication and data exchange.”
CgoXchange will introduce concepts into air cargo business lives that Google, eBay, Facebook, LinkedIn and Craigslist have introduced into personal lives. It will adapt to applications yet to be imagined.
