Six Attorneys from Kane Russell Coleman Logan Recognized on D Magazine’s 2017 Best Lawyers in Dallas List

Joseph Coleman, Founding Director of KRCL and Chair of the Insolvency, Bankruptcy & Creditor Rights Section, has been named to the list in the Bankruptcy & Workout category for the sixth consecutive year. He has substantial experience representing unsecured creditors’ committees, lenders, debtors, equity holders, suppliers, trade associations, financial institutions, real estate companies, trustees and examiners in virtually all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency issues and related litigation.
John Kane has also been honored for his work in Bankruptcy & Workout. John has considerable experience representing clients in all facets of bankruptcy cases, including secured and unsecured creditors, bankruptcy trustees, creditors’ committees, corporate debtors, and parties interested in purchasing claims and assets out of bankruptcy cases. John also represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.
Raymond Kane, Founding Director of KRCL, leads the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and has been representing clients in business, banking and real estate law, including development, partnership, leasing and lending law matters, for over three decades. This is the fifth year that he has been selected for inclusion on the list in the Real Estate category.
Wade McClure has been named to the list in the Tort: Personal Injury, Product and Medical Liability (Defense) category for the sixth consecutive year. Wade primarily represents companies and individuals in business litigation matters including oil and gas disputes, minority shareholder related matters and other contractual and commercial matters. Additionally, he handles products liability matters throughout Texas and the Southwest on behalf of manufacturers.
Gordon Russell, Founding Director of the Firm, concentrates his practice on banking and financial institutions and real estate, including resolution of distressed CRE, C&I and energy assets. He has extensive experience in commercial lending, real estate development and finance, especially restaurant real estate, global trade, and fashion, art and literature. He has been recognized by D Magazine for his work in Banking & Finance for the fifth year.
Patrick “Rick” Stark has been named to the list for his work in Corporate Law: General for the third time. Rick has extensive experience in financings of all types, ranging from venture capital to public debt and equity offerings, while representing clients in a variety of industries including consumer products, health care, telecommunications, real estate and oil and gas.
