SkillSurvey Reports a 229 Percent Increase in Physician Reference Checking in Past Two Years
Berwyn, PA (PRWEB) September 18, 2017 -- SkillSurvey, the provider of cloud-based solutions that help organizations hire with faster, more reliable insights, reported a 229 percent increase in physician reference checking for the first six months of 2017 over the same period in 2015. To meet increasing demand, it has added fourteen new surveys for medical doctors, including cardiologist, medical oncologist and neurologist. These new physician surveys bring the total number of surveys for healthcare roles to more than 160, out of hundreds of job-related surveys for operational, sales, customer service, executive, and other positions.
“More than half a million job candidates were reference checked for roles in healthcare organizations last year through SkillSurvey and this number continues to grow as more physicians join healthcare organizations,” said Ray Bixler, President and CEO of SkillSurvey. “Healthcare organizations need efficient methods for checking references to meet today’s hiring demands and bring physicians on board who are committed to excellence in patient experience and satisfaction. SkillSurvey’s deep healthcare industry knowledge and close client relationships allow us to develop surveys and solutions that can assess a broader range of medical job roles and meet the needs of our healthcare partners.”
Previously, SkillSurvey had developed surveys for general physician, emergency medicine, surgeon, anesthesiologist, medical resident, ObGyn, pediatrician, chief medical officer, and faculty/medical research roles. The 14 additional surveys, bringing the total to 27 for medical doctors, include:
