Skytron Forms Partnership with Orpheus Medical to Provide Advanced Media Management Technology
Grand Rapids, MI (PRWEB) September 08, 2016 -- Skytron and Orpheus Medical have formed a partnership to provide OR video documentation and media management technology. As a result of this partnership, Orpheus Medical provides technology to Skytron to be used in its SkyVision LINX 300 OR Integration solution.
The Orpheus System is an enterprise Clinical Media Platform for video and visible light imaging and workflow. It can connect to any visible light and video source to capture, digitize, store, archive and share content. Clinicians gain on-demand and live access from anywhere within or outside the hospital to address documentation needs across all surgical settings (pre-procedure, intra-op, post-op and discharge).
As part of Skytron’s SkyVision LINX 300 solution, the system combines advanced video capture and streaming devices, a zero footprint application for intra-procedure and post-procedure workflow, and a mobile image capture application. The platform also offers full clinical reporting workflow and integration to PACS, VNA and EMR to store key images and links to the video, completing the enterprise imaging platform of the health system.
