SecureDocs delivers a total protective solution to help prevent forgery, falsification and alteration of high security documents. Unique features make it easy to add smart, overt, covert and personalized fraud protection to each printed document. This next generation, document security solution utilizes protective features, any or all of which can be layered, in four key areas – personalization, covert inks, digital, and anti-copy.
Outside of the high security industry, SecureDocs’ PrintTrace, which includes tracking and document serialization features, will satisfy risk mitigation and compliance requirements of businesses and enterprises. With PrintTrace, users get complete visibility through audit tracking and traceability of documents. As well, each document (and page) is assigned a unique, nonsequential serial code which contains information related to the print job, including who, when, and where a document was printed. The other enterprise-class document security feature is redaction. Organizations can choose which fields to redact and SecureDocs will apply the security feature, at the point of print, to documents matching the template.
