STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. (PRWEB) April 09, 2018 -- Effective April 5, 2018, SmarterLife Products LLC has signed a definitive Asset Purchase Agreement for the selected assets of Higher Gear Products LLC, an American branded and private label manufacturer of automotive accessories. The assets include, but are not limited to, inventory, intellectual property, online marketplace seller agreements, and its customer base.
