Smashburger Announces the Grand Opening of First Alameda Location
DENVER, CO (PRWEB) July 16, 2015 -- Smashburger, the nation’s fastest growing “better burger” restaurant, today announced that it will open its first Alameda, Calif., location at 1620 Park Street on Wednesday, July 29, 2015. The restaurant will open at 10:00 AM.

This new Smashburger in Alameda will feature a menu created with regional flavors and tastes in mind. The menu includes the “Bay Burger” Smashburger and chicken sandwich with baby arugula, sautéed crimini mushrooms, aged Swiss and truffle mayo on a ciabatta bun.
At Smashburger, the secret is in the smash. It starts with 100-percent, fresh, never frozen, All-natural Certified Angus Beef and is smashed on a 400 degree flat grill to sear in the juicy flavor. To further the “better burger” experience, the delicious burgers are served on toasted artisan buns and topped with a selection of the freshest produce, real cheeses, and highest-quality condiments.
Smashburger has over 325 restaurant locations across the United States and is more than just burgers. Customers can also enjoy a selection of tender marinated grilled or crispy chicken sandwiches and fresh-tossed signature salads, along with a variety of irresistible sides including rosemary and garlic–seasoned Smashfries, Haystack Onions, and Veggie Frites (flash-fried and seasoned carrot sticks and green beans). The restaurant will also serve a selection of beverages including handspun Haagen-Dazs shakes and root-beer floats in frosted mugs.
The 2000 square-foot Smashburger, which has dining room seating for 71 guests, will be the first location to open in the Alameda area. Regular restaurant hours will be 10:00 AM-10:00 PM daily.
