Social Solutions Global, Inc. Expands Efforts to Outcomes (ETO®) software to Latin America in Partnership with Covenant House

(SSG), the leading provider of performance management software for human services, is proud to announce Covenant House has selected Efforts to Outcomes (ETO®) software to support outcomes case management in its Latin American locations.
ETO software was recently deployed in Covenant House’s Mexico and Nicaragua locations, known locally as Casa Alianza. ETO software will be implemented in the organization’s Honduras and Guatemala locations later this year. The selection marks SSG’s first expansion into Latin American markets.
Covenant House operates shelter facilities and delivers programming in more than 22 cities across the US, Canada and Latin America, providing homeless youth with basic needs as well as healthcare, educational support, job readiness and skills training, legal services, drug abuse treatment and prevention, life skills training and more to support youth with a continuum of services as they transition from the streets to living independently.
ETO software supports Covenant House's Street Outreach, Supportive Services and residential programs, in several locations across the Covenant House network providing dynamic case management tools that allow service providers to track client progress toward goals, measure outcomes and manage performance. In addition to these core programs, ETO software will also be used to support programs unique to each location, such as Casa Alianza Mexico’s La Luna program, which provides specialized care and support to youth in regard to sexual health and HIV/AIDS, and Casa Alianza Nicaragua’s Small Business Creation for Mothers, which provides vocational training to young women.
