Solano County Improves Election Staffing and Training Processes with Scytl Technology

The hosting site also provides social sharing so that election officials can expand the reach of their recruiting efforts by candidates sharing the job post on social sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter. Once selected, candidates are required to complete a series of training programs customized to the Solano County Registrar of Voters’ specific requirements. County officials can track the training and work history of each poll worker and ensure they receive payment in a timely fashion. Poll workers can then log onto the system to check the status of their payment, reducing the time spent on follow-up calls to the county office.

This enables election workers to prepare for their upcoming election by completing assignments at their own pace from the comfort of their home.
