Solutions Advisors Awarded Management Contract for Gull Creek Senior Living

Gull Creek is a full service independent living, assisted living and memory care community under the new ownership of an affiliate of WMD Asset Management, LLC, a national leader in whole loan, mortgage-backed securities, and real estate investing.
Gull Creek Senior Living provides 86 total units, including 38 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments for independent living, 38 assisted living residences and 10 for memory care.
Gull Creek Senior Living offers residents a variety of services and amenities including dining, entertainment and activities as well as access to Historic Berlin, MD, located a short distance from Assateague Island and the Ocean City Boardwalk.
SA Management will direct all management services, including direction of key management personnel, marketing and leasing. With its creative partner, Retiring by Design, SA Management will handle all of the advertising services as well as development of new branding for the community.
