The Şok and Solvoyo team implemented a forecasting, inventory planning and automated replenishment solution that easily integrated with Şok’s existing IT infrastructure. By tightly integrating Solvoyo’s cloud based Elevation Platform (SEP) into Şok’s ERP system, the project team built a closed-loop system that cut the action gap between supply chain planning and execution.
Within three months of live operation, the Solvoyo deployment reduced stockouts by 38%, cut stock-days by 13%, and decreased waste of short shelf-life products by 8%.The increased efficiency in supply chain operations have had a direct impact on Sok’s bottom line and the company continues to work with Solvoyo to strengthen its supply chain performance.
