SouthCoast Health Expands its Urgent Care-Style Services Via CareNOW
Savannah, Ga. (PRWEB) November 03, 2016 -- SouthCoast Health has expanded its urgent care-style service under the name of CareNOW. Existing and new patients who cannot get a timely appointment with their primary care physician now have more access to receive top-quality primary care services from SouthCoast physicians and nurses in a walk-in setting.
For SouthCoast Health’s existing patients, CareNOW offers urgent care visits with a provider in their existing health care family. The patient is treated by a SouthCoast medical professional with access to the patient’s SouthCoast medical record. The record of the visit is charted and available for the patient’s primary care physician to review.
For new patients, it allows for immediate office visits and the opportunity to get established with a primary care doctor who can help to manage and maintain their future health and wellness goals, which embraces a true medical home model.

Savannah, 310 Eisenhower Drive, Building 16, Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays, 9 a.m. to Noon.
Richmond Hill, 10055 Ford Avenue, Suite 4A, Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays, 9 a.m. to Noon.
Rincon, 814 Towne Park Drive East, Mondays, 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
