Southland Mall Helps You Get Fit in 2017, as Part of Their Festive Fridays Series
Miami, FL (PRWEB) January 13, 2017 -- Southland Mall wants to help you get fit in January. Every Friday evening, shoppers are invited to enjoy live entertainment and interactive activities for the entire family, taking place in the mall’s Center Court from 6 - 8 p.m. This month’s activities include exciting Zumba workouts for adults and children. To wrap up the month of January, shoppers will be able to take a mini break from shopping and enjoy the smooth saxophone sounds of Wes Anthony.
Below is a list of this month’s line-up:
• January 13th – Dance away those pesky holiday pounds with Zumba Fitness with Carrie, hosted by Carrie Castro-Garcia. This fun workout will be mixed with low and high-intensity moves for a calorie-burning, dance fitness party for active adults.
• January 20th – Kiddos, grab your friends and take over the Festive Fridays’ stage with Zumba Fitness with Carrie introducing Zumba Kids, as we welcome back instructor, Carrie Castro-Garcia. This session will feature kid-friendly routines, where Carrie will break down the steps, add games and other activity elements into the class structure. This one is just the right event for the younger Zumba fans.
• January 27th – Enjoy the smooth sounds of the saxophone and flute by multi-talented entertainer Wes Anthony on this Festive Friday. He has performed with well-known artists, such as the Four Tops and Temptations. Wes will be performing a medley of musical hits spanning the decades, as well as soulful saxophone songs, perfect for the entire family.
