Southwest Risk Management, LLC Announces Divestiture
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) February 14, 2014 -- Today, John Holt Managing Member and Founder of Southwest Risk Management, LLC, a privately held insurance brokerage firm announced divestiture of majority ownership in its subsidiary “Southwest Risk Management, Phoenix, LLC” for an undisclosed price.
The Phoenix operation was started in November 2011 by Southwest Risk Management, LLC in partnership with Greg Prentice, Paul Lee and Todd Newton, and experienced rapid growth in commercial property and casualty lines and employee benefits. Southwest Risk Management – Phoenix specializes in risk management and insurance solutions for large complex, middle market, and national accounts. Steve Hanrahan and Steve Tusa, have joined the Phoenix operation as partners.
“We are proud of the results achieved by the Southwest Risk Management-Phoenix team and how quickly and effectively they developed,” said John Holt, Managing Member of Southwest Risk Management. “The Phoenix operation is positioned for continued growth and we are confident they will continue to grow and refine their operation.” They will change their name in the next 30 days and will operate autonomously from Southwest Risk Management, LLC.
