OUR SINGLE-ESTATE CACAO FARM
SPAGnVOLA’s exquisite chocolate is grown on a private estate of 450-acres in the Dominican Republic and is owned by Eric and Crisoire Reid. The Reids cultivate and harvest heirloom quality cacao beans to be fermented, dried, and shipped to SPAGnVOLA’s own manufacturing facility in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
As Head Chocolatier, Crisoire Reid creates exquisite, artisan truffles and bonbons resembling fine jewelry. In addition to serving some of the best chocolate in the Washington-Metropolitan area, free factory tours are offered on weekends along with chocolate-making classes, birthday parties and private events.
