Miroslav Halza specializes in the application of classical physics to the one-dimensional, elementary objects known as strings in quantum theory. His previous book, Absolute String Theory, applied classical explanations to String Theory. Among other things, he explained gravity as the result of longitudinally vibrating elementary strings, moving through space at the speed of light (c), interacting with mass strings vibrating inside the volume of subatomic particles. This explanation for gravity contrasts sharply with Albert Einstein's theory of gravity as distortions in the fabric of spacetime caused by mass concentrations.
Similarly, Halza's theory proposes that photons—as transversely vibrating elementary strings—follow spiral trajectories, which creates a local "light field" network. Just as cogwheels maintain their velocities when working in a gear set, photon velocities should also be invariable. Einstein misused this invariance of the speed of light to introduce the concept of time dilation to Special Relativity, and so on.
Scientific theories that seek to dismiss the Special and General Theories of Relativity must also seek to dismiss supporting experimental evidence for their validity. Hence, the need for Halza's new book, Dilation of Time and Space: not just to explain the misunderstanding of natural phenomena that led Albert Einstein to publish his Theories of Relativity, but also to dismiss experimental evidence used to support those theories.
For instance, muons created in the upper atmosphere should decay within a tiny fraction of a second, just long enough to travel about 456 m at .99c. However, thousands strike every square meter of the Earth's surface each second, some penetrating tens of meters deep. Relativity explains this as allowed by time dilation caused by the close approach to light speed; according to Einsteinian physics, time slows down for the muon as it moves faster. Halza's theory, however, more simply explains their long-term survival as caused by air resistance (drag), which causes such high pressure on the surface of the muon that it can't decay into its component particles. The propagators of Time Dilation are forced to invent the existence of different reference frames to "prove" their theory. Halza is not.
Or consider the fact that moving clocks tick at a slightly different rate than stationary clocks. This is due to the changed linear momentum of the clock, and therefore the changed momentum of its subatomic particles. In atomic clocks, this distorts the electron orbits in the atoms in question, slowing or speeding up the normal ticking. Changing densities of photons and gravitons can cause the same effect; this is why an atomic clock put into a different gravitational field ticks slightly differently than a reference clock.
