Spectra QEST Hires New Service Desk Manager
(PRWEB) June 16, 2015 -- In her role as Service Desk Manager, Jessica will be working to continually improve customer service through reviewing and implementing processes and procedures to provide responsive and quality service to customers.
Jessica has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry in both technical roles and senior management positions in service delivery. She has strong project management skills and experience in software development and implementation of enterprise-wide software.
