An intelligent voice biometrics solution for call centers and interactive voice response and mobile applications that helps businesses enhance customer experience while strengthening corporate security, the VoiceKey application was compliance tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura® Experience Portal 6.0 and Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 6.3.
