SPL Realty Partners Secures a Prime Retail Space for Quiksilver in Pasadena, CA
Pasadena, California (PRWEB) December 02, 2014 -- Scott Lifschultz, the founder and president of SPL Realty Partners, a leading national retail tenant representation firm, today announced the successful completion of a long term retail lease in Pasadena, CA on behalf of Quiksilver. SPL worked closely with Eileen Mitchell of RCS Real Estate Advisors, who represents Quiksilver nationally.
Quicksilver's new Boardriders 5,500 square foot store, formerly occupied by ValSurf, located at 169 West Colorado Blvd. opened on November 20th. Boardriders houses the latest collection of Quiksilver Skatewear and Surfwear, Roxy beach and casual wear and DC shoes. The team of Scott Lifschultz and partner Jason Gregory represented Quiksilver, while the landlord was represented by Steve Nelson of CBRE.
Jason, who spearheaded the site selection and negotiation process stated, "The local surf shop could not keep up with the rising demand and competition from high profile national and international brands vying for retail space on the street, Quiksilver was a natural fit."
