SPOILER ALERT! Bubbies of San Francisco Premiering Web Video Series “Spoiled to Perfection™” at Farm to Fermentation Festival on 8/22 in Santa Rosa, CA
Sonoma County, CA (PRWEB) August 19, 2015 -- Bubbies of San Francisco announced today that it will officially premiere its new web video series “Spoiled to Perfection” at the Farm to Fermentation Festival, which will take place on August 22 at the Finley Center in Santa Rosa from 11am-5pm PDT. Bubbies is also an official sponsor of the annual event, which launched in 2009 and is now the longest-running fermentation festival in the country.
Spoiled to Perfection takes viewers on a fun and informative adventure through California’s unique Sonoma County, and unlocks the magic behind pickling, fermentation, and the art of culinary alchemy.
The series’ first episode, which was released as part of a “sneak preview” earlier this month on the Spoiled to Perfection website and the series’ YouTube channel, has generated widespread critical acclaim for its network-quality production values, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to interacting with the people and experts who make Sonoma County a foodie paradise, and the fermentation capital of the world.
Spoiled to Perfection’s host Garrett Martin, a renowned winemaker with Joel Gott, will be manning the series’ booth at the Farm to Fermentation Festival. The Festival’s founder Jennifer Harris was also a guest on the first episode, and will be featured throughout the series.
"We chose Sonoma County as the focus for our show, because it is ground zero for the fermentation movement, which combines innovative technology with traditional wisdom, and time-honored methods to produce foods and beverages that are delicious and healthy,” commented John Gray, Bubbies of San Francisco’s Founder and Owner. “Our most successful products are naturally fermented, and so Bubbies is a perfect fit among advocates and practitioners of fermentation. For all of these reasons, we felt that the Farm to Fermentation Festival would be the ideal venue to premiere the first episode in the series."
Gray further added that Bubbies will have a table at the festival offering product samples, including its legendary kosher dills and sauerkraut.
As noted, Spoiled to Perfection’s first episode is available on the series’ website or via its YouTube channel. The second episode, which is in post-production and will launch shortly, features a guest appearance by Ellen Cavalli, co-owner of the Tilted Shed Ciderworks in Windsor, CA.
