Sprouting for Little Fingers – at Willy Street Co-op East and West
Madison, WI (PRWEB) June 25, 2015 -- Luz Delia, Living Foods Lifestyle Consultant for more than 30 years, will share her knowledge of sprouting and living foods on Tuesday, June 30 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. (CDT) at Willy Street Co-op East Community Room, 1221 Williamson Street as well as from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. (CDT) at Willy Street Co-op West Community Room, 6825 University Avenue, Middleton.
Sprouting at home is a fun and affordable way to get children (and adults) to eat nutritiously and deliciously. Participate in an active discussion, engage in hands-on sprouting, and learn how to incorporate sprouts into every day meal time.
Presented by Luz Delia Gerber, author and Living Foods Lifestyle Consultant for more than 30 years, this exciting little class will explore the benefits, bounty, and bliss stemming from sprouting at home.
