SSG Named a Finalist for Greater Dallas Business Ethics Award
Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) April 24, 2014 -- SSG is pleased to announce that the company will be honored at the 14th Annual Greater Dallas Business Ethics Award (GDBEA) program Thursday, May 8 at 11:30 a.m. at the Westin Galleria Hotel.
SSG, along with five other local companies, will be recognized as a great example of ethics at work. As finalists for the award, these companies have exemplified businesses that operate under ethical principles and strive to do the right thing for their companies and related stakeholders.

According to the GDBEA program, a panel of judges reviewed submissions from the six finalists. Judges also considered evaluations from a team of students from the Posey Leadership Institute at Austin College who conducted site visits and interviews with each company. Subsequently, the panel selected those entries that demonstrated a superior standard of ethics in action. All finalists will be honored and winners will be announced at the annual GDBEA program, Thursday, May 8 at 11:30 a.m. at the Westin Galleria Hotel.
The program will be presented by Akin Gump and D CEO Magazine, and will feature keynote speaker Jeffery Green, senior attorney in the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Defense and current editor of "The Encyclopedia of Ethical Failure."
