St. Lucie County Florida Approves Largest Oceanfront Property, Hutchinson Sands for 92 Residential Units
South Hutchinson Island, Fla. Hutchinson Sands is one of the largest undeveloped tracts of land remaining on Florida’s Atlantic Coast including 930 feet of direct ocean frontage and extending westward across State Road A1A to the Indian River. It is located four miles south of the Ft. Pierce Inlet, between the Fredrick Douglas Beach Park and the Middle Cove Beach Park.

“Although, the most likely buyer is a developer,” says Brown, “the location could also be purchased by an individual who wished to own one of the largest seaside family compounds on Florida’s Atlantic Coast.”
