St. Martin de Porres Grant Challenge Starts Holly Geraci’s Grant Challenge Strong
Chicago, Illinois (PRWEB) April 18, 2017 -- The St. Martin de Porres Grant Challenge started off with a bang. In just over 48 hours, St. Martin de Porres House of Hope raised nearly $1,200. The contributions have come in all shapes and sizes, but each dollar will be matched during the grant challenge period. Holly Geraci's Help Holly Help Grant Challenges are intended to raise money and awareness to St. Martin de Porres House of Hope's mission, which is to create "a safe, healing community where women and their children recover from substance abuse, address trauma and deal with mental illness." The grant challenge will run until May 15, 2017.
At the end of the challenge Holly Geraci and her husband, Attorney Peter Francis Geraci, will match all donations up to $10,000 during the grant challenge period. St. Martin de Porres was selected due to their work helping women suffering from substance abuse problems. The cost for care, at other treatment facilities, can run anywhere from $10,000 to $50,000. St. Martin's provides care at no cost, making contributions important.
