St. Petersburg’s Downtown Real Estate Experts Revamp Web Presence
St. Petersburg, Florida (PRWEB) January 31, 2015 -- Julie Jones and Kathryn Krayer Zimring only formed their JJ and the Z Real Estate team in 2012, but by the end of 2014 they already ranked 3rd for transaction volume in Pinellas County. To better serve their customers, and reach even more, they’ve launched a powerful new website at JJandTheZ.com.
“Our new site makes it a lot easier to find a great home,” said Zimring. “We’re really excited to offer such cutting-edge resources.”
The new site features the team’s listed properties, as well as a powerful, custom-built property search to help homebuyers find just what they’re looking for. On top of standard search parameters like price and features, JJandTheZ.com includes a polygon-based map search that lets users pinpoint the exact areas they’re interested in, down to as little as a few blocks.
Jones and Zimring are experts at assessing properties – both have backgrounds in the building trades. But for their website, they called on a different kind of building expert: the site was designed by ThinkTank, Tampa Bay’s leading digital marketing firm for Real Estate.
In addition to implementing the site’s custom search, ThinkTank worked with JJ and the Z to share their insights about St. Pete neighborhoods from Snell Isle to Allendale to Downtown to Old Northeast, making the site a significant new resource for information on Tampa Bay real estate. The site also includes special mobile features using the SavvyCard® platform, which lets users quickly transfer staff contacts and property data to their smartphones.
The launch of the new website coincides with the expansion of the JJ and the Z team, which now includes buyer's representative Tyler Jones and executive assistant, Kaitlyn Kellin, both St. Pete natives. Jones' previous sales and contract experience adds an invaluable component as the team's buyer's agent manager. Kellin is a licensed real estate agent supporting JJ and the Z with contract and marketing details.
“A website is just a small part of what makes a great real estate buying experience,” noted Jones. “But it’s vital. We’re happy to have a site that reflects who we are.”
