Christopher B. Stagg is a Partner at Stagg Noonan LLP and was formerly Senior Policy Advisor and the deputy lead on Export Control Reform at the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) where he was deeply involved in reviewing public comments and revising the ITAR.
Kevin J. Wolf is the Assistant Secretary for Export Administration at the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) within the U.S. Department of Commerce. Mr. Wolf is a member of the Export Control Reform Task Force and is actively involved in the ongoing revisions to the ITAR and EAR.
