Star Exceeds Energy Reduction Target

The engineering team retrofitted Star’s energy saving Aether condenser fan control system in conjunction with electronic expansion valves to each refrigeration plant.
Aether is a stand-alone device that enhances energy efficiency through the optimisation of condenser fan control. This is achieved by controlling motor speed and implementing floating head pressure control.
Latest plant performance analysis from the three Müller Wiseman sites shows that Star has exceeded energy reduction targets on the project.
