Star Sniper Launches Its First Project - "Chuck-A-Poo" On Kickstarter.com
Sarasota, FL (PRWEB) July 15, 2014 -- Star Sniper, an innovative business created by Steven Brown and his 12 year old daughter Kayla, is starting its first of many projects. The duo created Star Sniper as a way to help themselves as well as other artists, inventors, and entrepreneurs shoot for the stars and realize their dreams. Their first project is a video game for the mobile app market about a little monkey named Chuck. They are using a popular online crowd funding website called Kickstarter.com to raise the funds needed to develop the game. They are asking people to please visit their web site http://www.chuckapoo.net and click on the green Kickstarter icon to show their support. You can donate as little as $1.00 to their project. And to repay your generosity, they are offering some really interesting rewards ranging from T-shirts to business advertising opportunities and you can even have your likeness and voice used in the game as one of the game’s characters! Ultimately, they are hoping that the game's success will help fund Star Sniper which will allow them to help countless others realize their dreams.
Star Sniper has teamed up with a local software development company called Clear Idea Technologies to help develop their game. We asked Lee Jones, owner of Clear Idea, “How will Star Sniper set itself apart and ensure its success in such a competitive market?” He responded by saying, “It comes down to just a few things: the idea, the product, marketing, and maybe a little luck. Steven and Kayla have a very good idea for a game, they are both hard working successful entrepreneurs with a well thought out marketing plan, and I can assure you we will put out a top quality product. The luck will have to take of itself.” We also asked Steven where the idea for the game came from. “It’s kind of a funny story,” he said. “One afternoon, Kayla and I had been working on a list of ideas for video games and we decided to take a little break. We turned on the T.V. and started watching a documentary about monkeys. All of a sudden, one of the little guys got upset and started throwing his poop at the other monkeys. We both started to laugh and Kayla looked at me and said, ‘Daddy, that would make a great game!’ and here we are.”
