Star Solutions Selected by ABC Communications for LTE Deployment
Richmond, B.C. (PRWEB) February 18, 2016 -- Star Solutions has been chosen by ABC Communications, a Vancouver based Internet Service Provider, to deploy their cost effective 4G LTE Core Network. Using the latest wireless technology, Star Solutions’ Evolved Packet Core (“EPC”) they will provide high speed data to rural communities across British Columbia.
Star Solutions’ Core Network offers a scalable 4G LTE deployment and consists of key EPC components, including Mobile Management Entity (MME), Serving Gateway (S-GW), Packet Gateway (P-GW) and Home Subscriber Server (HSS). Star Solutions has also packaged a Remote Gateway that ABC can offer to smaller ISPs that are interested in deploying LTE. The Remote Gateway allows other ISPs the ability to utilize the benefits of LTE at an affordable price point.
