StatGear’s Products to Be Distributed Internationally
Flushing, NY (PRWEB) April 01, 2014 -- Representatives with StatGear (http://statgeartools.com/) announced today that its products, such as the Auto Survival Kit, will now be distributed internationally.
“Our products can now be purchased from retailers around the globe,” said Avi Goldstein, president of StatGear, a company that has been all the rave with local and national media outlets, such as The Dallas Morning News, The Detroit News, OutdoorLife, Uber Apparatus, Entrpreneur.com, AskMen.com, Military.com and over a dozen more nationally-known chains.
Goldstein explained that its products now have distribution outlets in Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, Sweden, Israel, South Africa, Poland, Germany, Finland, Thailand, Philippines, Japan and Mexico.
The company spokesman stressed that the company provides first aid products that motorist “must have” for their vehicles.
“This includes the basic supplies needed to treat the most common minor injuries or to provide care for major injuries until you could reach an appropriate medical facility or professional,” Goldstein pointed out, before adding, “This would include ice packs for bumps and bruises, sterile dressings, wraps and medical tape to cover and apply pressure to open wounds, alcohol prep pads and small amounts of water to clean up scrapes, antibiotic ointment, different sized band-aids for minor scrapes and cuts, ace bandages for sprains, a basic triangle bandage to make a simple sling in case of fracture, as well as a pair of gloves in case you have to treat someone else.”
When it comes to auto survival, Goldstein said StatGear has products, which include a basic tool to escape a vehicle that has been involved in an accident.
“In major motor vehicle collisions seatbelts often jam or the driver’s cabin can be so deformed that the release button can't be reached,” Goldstein said. “A proper auto survival tool should have the ability to cut a seatbelt with minor effort.”
The doors of an automobile, according to Goldstein, are often unusable after accidents and the only way to escape the car short of carrying around your own jaws-of-life tool is through a side window.
“Car windows are surprisingly very difficult to break and a proper survival tool should have a window punch or better yet, a spring-loaded window punch for when little arm movement is possible,” Goldstein said. “Other auto survival tools would include a light producing device such as a flashlight or glow stick.”
One product that has received media attention is StatGear’s Auto Survival Kit, which has a design that allows for the kit to be secured on the passenger side sun visor for easy access of its T3 Tactical Auto Rescue Tool, and lots of first aid supplies in the event of an emergency.
Designed by a NY City Paramedic for the purpose of keeping life-saving tools and supplies within an arms reach, the Auto Survival Kit, which was featured in the December 2012 Holiday Gift Guide of Men’s Health Magazine, according to Goldstein, has a unique patent-pending design made of stylish, yet durable EVA foam and is stuffed with commonly-used first aid and survival supplies ranging from standard gauze pads to tweezers for splinter removal.
