Stephanie McAlister Joins Copeland & Co. Real Estate as a Broker-Associate
West Palm Beach, Florida (PRWEB) June 06, 2016 -- Copeland & Co. Real Estate is pleased to announce the joining of Stephanie McAlister as a Broker-Associate in their West Palm Beach office.
Stephanie McAlister is a licensed Florida Broker, member of the National Association of Realtors, member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, and member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Mrs. McAlister is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, holding a Bachelors Degree in Communications and Journalism. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2013, and in 2015, earned her Florida Real Estate Broker’s License.
In Florida, only about 25% of real estate agents earn their Broker’s license. Brokers are held to a higher standard than agents in terms of experience, ethics, education, and training.
Stephanie McAlister is a true Floridian. She was born in Miami Beach and moved to Palm Beach County 17 years ago. Stephanie is of Costa Rican descent, and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Prior to starting her real estate career, Mrs. McAlister worked as a loan officer and asset manager for a loan servicer. She credits this experience with honing key professional traits that are required of great real estate Brokers, including the ability to remain detail-oriented throughout the home buying and selling process.

Stephanie McAlister’s hobbies and passions outside her career include competitive bodybuilding, health and nutrition, church, and her family. She is an active volunteer with HACER Ministries, a local non-profit that supports education and rehabilitation in the Hispanic community.
