In addition, Carol will continue in her current role as President and CEO of Greco Associates (GA), a professional services firm, headquartered in New Jersey.
Carol brings her many years of experience and strong network of contacts to the nonprofit and for-profit communities.

Particularly relevant to this initiative, in addition to her senior management corporate experience with ITT and AT&T, Carol has more than 20 years of recruiting, staffing, and consulting experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit segments for clients in the New York City and Washington, DC areas, as well as nationally. As part of her work with Greco Associates, a professional services firm that she cofounded with her husband John Greco, Carol has led GA’s extensive recruiting and staffing initiatives. John was President and CEO of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and the Yellow Pages (now Local Search) Association and previously held executive positions at both RR Donnelley and AT&T. He has also held numerous board positions.
As part of this initiative, in addition to Carol joining the SMA Client Partner team, SMA will now be the preferred provider of executive recruiting services for GA and GA will provide advisory services to SMA.
