Sterling Properties Wins Big At The NJAA's Garden State Awards
Fairfield, NJ (PRWEB) November 21, 2015 -- Sterling Properties won six awards at the 2015 Garden State Awards, hosted by the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) on October 29th at the Hilton Hotel in East Brunswick. The ceremony, which recognizes excellence in multifamily housing by members of the association, drew nearly 700 of the industry’s leading professionals. Sterling Properties communities received awards for Excellence in Property Management, Excellence in Curb Appeal, and Outstanding Leasing Manager.

Columbia Court, a community of upscale apartments in the foothills of the Watchung Mountains in Springfield, NJ, was the recipient of an Excellence in Property Management award. Riverbend at Florham Park, a warm community of 200 rental residences also received an Excellence in Property Management award for its retreat-like feeling and efficient maintenance. Leasing Agent Mary Khaleq was recognized for accommodating new community members and ensuring the continued satisfaction of current ones with an Outstanding Leasing Manager award. Riverbend at Florham Park’s elegant exteriors and landscaping also garnered the community an Excellence in Curb Appeal award. “Earning three Garden State Awards is no small feat,” added Hollenbeck. “We congratulate Mary and her team for a job well done.”

The Garden State Awards are hosted annually by the New Jersey Apartment Association, a trade association that studies and promotes nonpartisan solutions that advance the affordability and sustainability of multifamily rental housing in New Jersey.
