Mike has a background in automotive parts sales and will likewise serve the Steven Brown & Associates team in supporting field service efforts and providing parts quoting, as well as fielding shipping and receiving duties. Nicole comes with an affinity for customer service and will suitably assist the team with order tacking and vendor procurement.
